What counts as a successful takedown?

A takedown is successful when the fraudulent content is removed or made inaccessible: the site is taken offline, the domain is suspended, the fake profile or ad is removed, or the page is delisted. You are only billed once that result is achieved. No success, no fee.

Do monitoring customers really pay less per takedown?

Yes. Active monitoring customers pay €300/$340 per successful takedown instead of the €400/$450 on-demand rate. Because we already monitor your brand, evidence and context are in place, so each removal is faster and cheaper for everyone.

What does the monitoring plan include?

Continuous monitoring across domains (lookalikes, typosquats, new registrations), social media, online ads, and search engines, including AI answers. You get automated risk scoring, real-time alerts, and a dashboard with Excel export. Pricing is per brand.

Can I pay in euros or US dollars?

Both. Use the € / $ switch at the top of the pricing table to see every price in your preferred currency. We remember your choice for next time. Invoices can be issued in either currency.

Which payment methods can I use?

Billing runs through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, SEPA Direct Debit, ACH Direct Debit, bank transfers, and Link. You can pay invoices in euros or US dollars.

Is there a setup fee or a minimum contract?

No setup fee. Monthly monitoring can be cancelled anytime; the annual plan gives you two months free. Takedowns have no commitment at all, so you can request one whenever you need it.

What does Enterprise cover?

Enterprise is for companies with multiple brands or domain portfolios, or those who want unlimited takedowns on a predictable flat rate. It adds priority SLAs, a dedicated contact, and custom integrations and reporting. Talk to us and we will tailor it to your needs.

Are the prices shown including VAT?

All prices are net and exclude VAT. VAT is added where applicable depending on your country and business status.
