Cookie Policy

Which cookies and browser storage the website and the platform use, and how you manage your consent.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Your browser's local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage) work in a similar way. This policy covers all three.

Under § 25 TDDDG (the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act), we may only store or read information on your device with your consent. The exception is what is strictly necessary for a service you request.

2. How we use them

  • Without consent, we only use entries that are strictly necessary for the website or the platform, for example to store your language or your choice in the cookie banner.
  • With your consent, we load the tracker of ZenLeads, Inc. (Apollo.io). It shows us which companies visit our website, so our sales team can contact them. Apollo.io processes the data in the USA; the transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • With your consent, we load the Google tag of Google Ireland Limited for Google Ads conversion tracking. It shows us which ad clicks lead to a takedown request, a demo booking or a trial signup. We use it for no remarketing and no personalised ads. Google can transfer data to Google LLC in the USA; the transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • You decide on the sales tracker and on ad measurement separately.
  • YouTube videos only load after you click them.

Our audience measurement with Ahrefs Web Analytics sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Details are in section 3 and in the Privacy Policy.

Audience measurement without storage on your device

Ahrefs Web Analytics (Ahrefs Pte. Ltd., Singapore) sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. When you open a page, the script sends the address, the referrer and browser details to Ahrefs; Ahrefs receives your IP address in the process. How Ahrefs processes the data and what the transfer to Singapore relies on is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Entries in the platform

The platform at dash.nebty.de only uses entries that are necessary for its functions. It needs no consent for them.

One exception needs your consent: if you allowed ad measurement on our website and open the registration through "Free Trial", the platform loads the Google tag to report a completed registration to Google Ads. Google can then set its _gcl_ cookies on dash.nebty.de for up to 90 days. Without that consent, the platform does not load the Google tag.

5. Managing your consent

  • On our website: click "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page. The banner opens again and you can change your choice. A withdrawal applies for the future.
  • In your browser: you can delete or block cookies and browser storage at any time. We will then ask again on your next visit.

If you decline, the Apollo.io tracker does not load and no Apollo.io cookies are set. Without consent for ad measurement, the Google tag does not load either, and Google receives nothing from this website for Google Ads. If you withdraw that consent, the website stops sending conversions and deletes the Google Ads cookies on nebty-id.com and the stored click ID. Cookies that Google sets on its own domains, for example when you click an ad, are outside our reach; you can delete them in your browser.

6. Your rights

Among other things, you have the right to access, erasure and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. All rights and how to exercise them are described in the Privacy Policy.
